Releasing and Printing Secure Print Job at the Copier After selecting File, Print, the print job will be sent to the copier, but held in the Secure Print Queue on the copier. To view the Secure Print Queue, press the Job Status button on the Copier’s Console. Select the Secure Print Tab, Locate and Select your user name in the list. Convenience Copier Printing: Install, Setup, Configure, and Print (B&W) Setting up to Print to a Copier. Click the Download button next to 'Print to B/W Copiers.zip'. Take out the cleaning tool for the laser unit. The cleaning tool is attached to the front cover. (1) Pull the right-hand side of the cleaning tool to detach it from the hook. (2) Put it over the hook to place it on the back side. (3) Turn the cleaning tool around the boss to detach it from the left hand hook.
